SOME OF TOMMY THUNDERS ENGINE UPGRADES FOR SCOOTERTRONICS
Today at the shop we built a slamming 50cc scooter .It was one of our local customers that needed a little more pep. It was a RSM Blazer YT-50. We use an MRP 80 kit that comes with all componets need to do the job .I than used one of our prodigy clutches and bell. I used Doctor Pulley slider weights and rejeted the carb .I also got rid of the stock air box and used and EMGO air filter .When I was finished I tried the scooter out and it ran great .I am try a few more things with trans (blue tourqe spring and maybe up the weights a 1/2 to 1 gram and see if we get a little better range but I thing it runs bad ass now . The customer picked it up this after noon and loved the diferance.

I have really been getting great sucess with the engines I have built.The parts for these types of engines have been getting better and better and we have learned all the tricks to making these do there maximum perfomance.

This build was an 85 kit plus trans and a MRP V8 pipe
This one was a Kymco Cobra 70cc
